Richard Hunter's RP patch set has some roto-sim options - I was messing around with them at band practice, and playing octaves with the RP rotosim patch can sound alot like an accordion. The accordion player in our band said so herself. BTW, harp and accordion sound really good together. There is something great about the chord texture that an accordion adds to single note harp solos - we play together on a lot of our tunes and it always makes my harp sound better.

You can set a harmonic octave generator (HOG) to give this effect on
single notes. A much cheaper solution is to simply play the octave above
or below for each note. A little tongue work can very effectively
imitate the multi-reed sound of an accordion. With tongue-blocking, you
can play an open chord and then narrow down to a single note; the
alternating chord-note pattern has always reminded me of the accordion
(or maybe a pipe organ, depending on other factors).
